Shipping and Payment Policy

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping, but if a firearm is cancelled before shipping, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. If an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and the return of the package will be made at the customer’s expense. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted, but if a defect is discovered after shipment, the customer must contact customer services for replacement or repair within 30 days of receipt of delivery.

The customer is responsible for knowing their state laws regarding firearms, accessories, and ammunition. Ballistic Zero Research abides by all federal regulations regarding hazardous material shipped through the United States Postal Service. Shipping is restricted to certain areas, and customers must provide a physical address for shipment through UPS. Ballistic Zero Research will not ship to certain areas, including California without a FFL, Illinois without a FOID card, New York City, New Jersey without FID card, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, Alaska (ammunition), Hawaii (ammunition), and Connecticut without an FID card.
